STIO®
Founded in 2011 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Stio was born from a deep love of the mountain life. Time spent outdoors–on trails, in rivers and on summits–inspires everything the brand creates. Designed, developed and tested at the base of the Tetons, Stio creates premium, technical apparel for mountain athletes and everyday adventurers alike. They have now grown into a global brand competing with the likes of Patagonia and North Face.
Project
Stio asked us to create multiple tee shirt graphics celebrating a range of mountain sports and the outdoor lifestyle. The project grew to include graphics for the 2017 solar eclipse that just happened to run directly over Jackson Hole, as well as a topsheet graphic for a branded collaboration between Stio and Maiden Skis, and even a “Loose Boots” beer label in collaboration with Roadhouse Brewing. By the way, that jackalope that appears in several of these designs is a bit of a Stio mascot.
