Project
Originally named Mountain Modern Motel, the rebrand and renovation of the previous Painted Buffalo Inn by Crystal Creek Hospitality was so effective and, well, modernized that they decided to drop the “Motel” part. PM Creative was hired to design the logo for the new brand, incorporating the 3 M’s of the initial renaming into a Brandmark that combined a modern aesthetic with a mountains motif.
In consideration of their new brand positioning as hospitality tailored to adventure travelers, we were also tasked with creating specific outdoor/adventure illustrations that are framed and hung in various areas throughout the properties. Several are shown below including several cactus varieties for the newest Mountain Modern in Sedona, Arizona.
