220 E 9TH
220 East 9th Street is a luxury six-story residential building that is currently being built in Manhattan’s East Village (https://newyorkyimby.com/neighborhoods/eastvillage). Designed and developed by Arcus Development, the new building will yield 18 unique residences, each with its own floor plan, distilling the character of classic Downtown lofts into a sophisticated form.
Project
We worked with Arcus to create custom branding to set the vibe of the building, and utilizing interior renderings by Plomp, we created brochures and floorpans that brought the spaces to life for the potential buyers.
Scope
Branding Design • Brochure • Floor Plans • Website
